Born and raised in Nashville, TN, she brings a warm and welcoming energy. Before pivoting to hospitality and tourism, Kashondra spent 30 impactful years serving youth and families through the YMCA. She is a dedicated guest relations and service professional with a rich background in community engagement and public service. Known for her keen attention to detail and love for exploration, she enjoys creating meaningful and memorable experiences for every person she encounters.
Outside of work, Kashondra is a proud mother of two daughters. She loves spending time with her family, doing arts & crafts and exploring new places.
