Casey Jones Distillery hosts “Dog Days of Summer” to benefit the Christian County Animal Shelter. Asking for donations of pet food, treats, cat litter and monetary contributions.

-Distillery Tours and Tastings

-Food Trucks: Delight in delicious offerings from Chef Jamie’s Food Truck and Heather’s Homemade Ice Cream

-Casey’s Bar: Special Dog Days of Summer drinks for kids, adults and pets

-Way & Grab Toy Tub: A tub filled with pet toys for each pet attending to grab one to take home

Event Highlights (12:00 pm- 4:00 pm):

-Yappy Hours: Featuring delicious cocktails for people and tasty treats for dogs with a portion of the sales going to the Christian County Animal Shelter

-Puppy Love Photography: Free photo of pet taken by Cat Lacy

-Pet adoption: The Christian County Animal Shelter on-site with adoptable pets

-Microchipping: Christian County Animal Shelter – $15

-Nail Trimming: Christian County Animal Shelter – $15

-Vendor Market: Local vendors like Jordy Made That offering 10 minute pet sketches and Deanna Neel with unique pet accessories and art

Evening Activities (6:30 pm- 9:00 pm):

-Yappy Hour continues!

-Free Live Music: Enjoy performances by Fortunate Sons kicking off at 6:30 pm with the “Dancing Paws Promenade” dance with pets
