Chef Anthony Bourdain was a huge influence for the Camo Caravan crew and sparked our love for food and bringing people together to enjoy a meal. We will have his favorite sandwich available “The Mortadella” pretty much a grilled Italian Bologna Sandwich with melted provolone and a Kaiser roll.
