Growing up in Las Vegas, Ericka has always thought she’d call a big city home, until she moved to Hopkinsville! She met her active duty husband who is stationed at Fort Campbell. She quickly fell in love with both him and the charm of the South. Just three months after their marriage, Ericka and Luke purchased their first home in Hopkinsville, where Ericka embraced small-town living and became one of the area’s biggest advocates. Ericka has lived all over the country and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Art History and Film in 2013. Inspired by a health scare, Ericka made the decision to pursue a third degree in physical therapy in 2018. Ericka’s passion for tourism ignited while she was living in Germany, working as an international tour guide. A seasoned traveler, Ericka has explored over 40 countries and 6 continents. Ericka has a deep passion for animals, learning new languages, watching horror movies, and tackling projects around her fixer-upper home. When she’s not working at the visitor center, she enjoys her part-time job as a Physical Therapy Assistant, practicing karate and yoga, or singing karaoke at the local brewery.
