Inspired by the Round Table Literary Journal published at Hopkinsville Community College, the first pieces of this park were installed in 1974. Featuring a replica of King Arthur’s sword in a large stone, a Round Table surrounded by 24 stone seats and a Graeco-Roman amphitheater with a sculpture of Melpomene. The park sits in a grove of trees on HCC’s campus that borders Elm Street.
