Mark your calendars for the 3rd annual TASTE OF THE TOWN food truck and dessert rally at Hopkinsville Brewing Company! Every Eighth of August weekend, we celebrate freedom, food and family. Similar to Juneteenth, Eighth of August is when enslaved people in Kentucky received the news that Abraham Lincoln had signed the Emancipation Proclamation. To celebrate, we’re highlighting all black-owned food and dessert vendors across the KY/TN region. Pull up to fill up with Vansauwa’s Tacos and our food truck friends, and grab a cold brew while you’re at it!
