Hopkinsville-Christian County Library Introduces Permanent StoryWalk!
We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library’s StoryWalk, a unique outdoor reading adventure for the whole family! Join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 1st at 9:00 a.m. at the library grounds.
A StoryWalk is an interactive reading experience that brings stories to life in the great outdoors. As you stroll through roughly a mile of scenic pathways, you’ll discover pages of a story displayed at different stations. Each quarter, a new story will be featured, providing fresh opportunities for families to bond and explore together.
This project was made possible thanks to an amazing partnership with Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation. The StoryWalk promotes literacy, exercise, and time spent in nature, all while supporting a love for reading and learning.
