On Monday, August 19, the final Museum Monday of the summer will be OUT OF THIS WORLD as we talk All About Aliens! On August 21, 1955, strange visitors dropped in on a family in Kelly, Kentucky. Come learn about this interesting story that helped give birth to the “Little Green Men” phenomenon worldwide!
The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County will be open every Monday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m through the end of August. Each Monday will also offer a fun learning opportunity for students in our community. The Museum is able to offer FREE ADMISSION for all students thanks to a generous partnership with Mayor J.R. Knight and the City of Hopkinsville. We hope you will take advantage of Mayor Knight’s Museum Days this summer.
